Adirondack Public Observatory, Town of Tupper Lake, Franklin County, NY. Preparation of a Phase 1 Concept, and Construction Site and Building Plans for this ongoing non-for-profit Institutional / Educational facility project. Grant writing and application technical support and design work to include interfacing with highly specialized roll off rooftop Observatory (RORO) Building Plans, Stormwater Management, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, utilities, landscaping, grading, specialty lighting and details / notes in accordance with State, Adirondack Park Agency (APA) and local requirements. Design plans incorporate current “better design” and “green” technologies to enhance future Observatory operations. Construction phase services include SWPPP inspections and construction observation for all project aspects (Phase 1: 2009 – 2012, Phase 2: 2016 – present).
