MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
National Program Manager: $2.5M confidential, fast-track Environmental compliance audit for a large National retailer, Regional Manager: $2.2M design for Network Implementation of 3 major Wireless Telecommunications Carriers, prepare Zoning / Construction drawings & permitting for over 100 sites, manage sub-consultants. Review and approve supporting Geotechnical, Structural, Photosimulation and Traffic Study reports. Executive Officer for Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for 1,200 person unit
CONSULTING & DESIGN
Environmental remediation / auditing / compliance & permitting. Commercial site plans, residential subdivisions, Wireless Communications Facilities, municipal infrastructure: roadways, sanitary sewers,water distribution, stormwater management, wastewater pump stations, wastewater treatment systems and wetland mitigation areas. Gas station design: fire suppression and pump and tank systems.
PUBLIC SPEAKING
Represent clients at Regulatory Board meetings and public hearings.
NEGOTIATION
Represent clients’ interests with regulatory agencies; provided written and oral responses to regulatory comments; acted as client liaison with project contractors; obtain site plan approvals and project permits.
TECHNICAL WRITING
Prepare engineering design and technical reports including Environmental Impact Assessments, Phase I Environmental Audits, Valuation / Estimation / Feasibility studies. Prepare permit applications.
LEGAL
Knowledge and application of federal, state and local environmental regulations and laws including SEQRA, NEPA, SHPO, ECL, NPDES, SPDES, OSHA, Federal and State Wetlands.
FIELD WORK
Perform construction management and inspections on design projects; perform site assessment surveys for potential land use, environmental compliance, liability and restrictions.
MARKETING
Respond to public and private sector RFP’s, proposal writing, budget estimating business plans.
